CarePlus Foundation and Bergen Community College Wellness Center Presents: The Gospel According to Josh
Wednesday, April 24th at 11am and 7pm.
Paramus, NJ, April 07, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Join the CarePlus Foundation for a 15-character, one-man musical theatre experience about a small town Jersey boy who follows his dreams to Hollywood. This experience transforms him into the star of two reality TV shows that explore the great obstacles of his life his strict upbringing and intimate relationship with his father, and the tragedy of father's suicide. Written and performed by Josh Rivedal, this play and a panel discussion on Suicide Prevention that follows the performance, will be held at the Anna Maria Ciccione Theater, Bergen Community College, Paramus on Wednesday, April 24th at 11am and 7 pm.
The Gospel According to Josh was designed to be used as an educational tool and presents a true life picture of depression by someone who has experienced it. The panel discussion will help make it acceptable to talk about mental illness and reduce the stigma surrounding depression and suicide.
