Kafer Inc Announces New Director of Technical Customer Support
The new leader of customer support will be dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Within this role, Mr. Maronian will be responsible for all aspects of customer service on the IT side of the business like Point-of-Sale, VoIP, email accounts, etc.
Mr. Maronian comes to Kafer with experience across all industries, with a background in customer service at previous companies such as Wegmans, Mercantile Adjustment Bureau and Element K. This background has helped him to make an easy transition into this new position at Kafer.
