Inforum 2007 Presents 35 Educational Sessions Dedicated to CRM Best Practices
Atlanta, GA, August 12, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Infor today announced it will deliver more than 35 educational sessions on customer relationship management (CRM) at the company’s global annual user conference, Inforum 2007, to be held September 9-12 at Las Vegas’ Sands Expo and Convention Center. Infor, partners and CRM customers including AutoTrader.com and Interval International, among others, will present case studies and best practices for improving customer response to inbound and outbound marketing and sales campaigns. The common thread for these CRM leaders is their ability to create a 360-degree view of the customer to achieve positive and profitable customer interactions.
