Thursby Releases Secure Browser App for Identive iAuthenticate™ Reader

Arlington, TX, April 11, 2013 --(PR.com)-- With the PKard Reader app, the web connection is fully encrypted and secure. Two-factor login (chip ID card and PIN) is much safer than using passwords, and is a requirement for strong user authentication for many government, military, police, finance, energy, healthcare, Fortune 500 and Global 2000 organizations in their secure-cloud-mobility deployments. Support for iAuthenticate is not just limited to secure browsing but encompasses the secure PKard SDK ecosystem of secure S/MIME email, document signing, VPN, MDM, VDI and custom app development solutions either directly, or with partners. Additionally, an add-on adapter enables compatibility with the iPhone 5, iPad 4th generation and iPad mini. The readers are available now from Identive and its authorized resellers.
