Peace Love Girls Host a Barefoot Runway Event at Bloomingdales Boca Raton

Boca Raton, FL, April 12, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Peace Love Girls, a nonprofit started in 2012 as a nonprofit to assist in raising funds for charities through special events, which was founded by 5 local young ladies; Taylor Mullen – 13, Emma Braden – 13, Lauren Perea – 13, Kayla Kusel – 11 and Sophia Klepper – 11. These young leaders of Peace Love Girls are dedicated to teaching young ladies to be their best selves; and planning events that give back to the community.

Peace Love Girls, Taylor stated, "I wanted to be a part of a charity and help other kids to be their best self," and Peace Love Girls’ Emma stated - "I became involved in Peace Love Girls because I want to try to be the best person I can be...for myself, and for my little sister and for every girl. I believe that I need to be a positive role model for everyone."

Barefoot Runaway is a charity fashion show featuring local students both girls and boys in 5th to 8th grade, benefiting The Best Foot Forward Foundation. The Best Foot Forward Foundation is a nonprofit organization in Palm Beach County improving the educational outcomes of youth in foster care and to providing continued educational support after foster youth age out of the system. By working with children in foster care as they begin high school, Best Foot Forward helps them avoid negative outcomes many experience after they turn 18.

The Barefoot Runaway Event will be held at Bloomingdales, Boca Town Center Mall, 5840 Glades Road, Boca Raton, FL, on, Friday, April 19, 2013, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. This is a ticket holder only event. Tickets are $20 pp general seating to $30 pp front row seating. Tickets can be purchased on line at http://www.barefootrunway.org/ or at the door.

All of the money raised by Peace Love Girls via entrance tickets will go directly towards The Best Foot Forward Foundation. Plus! Bloomingdale’s will be donating 10% of sales on April 19 to The Best Foot Forward Foundation.
