His background includes tenant representation, capital markets, strategic planning, government representation and construction management. As a Vice President at the Irving Group, he represented the City of Carlsbad and numerous corporate tenants throughout San Diego County.
Mr. Terry-Lloyd earned his B.A. from University of California at Berkeley, M.B.A. from San Diego State University and completed the Real Estate Management Program at Harvard Business School. He is a LEED A.P. and licensed broker in California.
