Sage on Stage for the Canadian, TX Block Party
Sage Boatright, actor, singer and songwriter will be the opening act for the Block Party in Canadian, TX, Saturday, April 20.
Amarillo, TX, April 17, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Ten-year-old Sage Boatright from Amarillo, Texas has been nominated in the 34th Annual Young Artist Award for her Guest Starring performance in Nickelodeon’s “Victorious.” The Young Artist Awards will take place Sunday, May 5th in Hollywood, California.
In addition to her Hollywood acting, Sage is currently performing as a Singer/ Songwriter. She will be the opening act for the Canadian Block Party featuring The Terry Allen Band and including Kimberly Kelly, April 20th in Canadian, Texas as well as various local venues.
Sage’s first album is due out in the fall of 2013. It will include several of her original songs, collaborations with major Nashville songwriters, plus new songs by major songwriters.
Sage has a development contract with Bravo Music and is currently working on her music skills at home in Amarillo.
