Hastings Joins GreenWood, Inc. as Corporate Director of Construction Operations

Greenville, SC, April 17, 2013 --(PR.com)-- GreenWood, Inc., an integrated operations, maintenance and construction solutions provider, announces the addition of Malcolm “Bo” Hastings as Corporate Director of Construction Operations. Bo is a 30 year construction industry veteran with experience in heavy mechanical and industrial construction projects, construction management services, direct hire programs, engineering processes, and start-up. His vast market experience includes project work within the petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, pulp & paper, energy, and general manufacturing markets. Bo brings a wealth of knowledge related to construction methods, materials, project controls, safety, quality, planning, resource management, scheduling, site management, and overall plan execution to this position.

In his role for GreenWood, Inc., Bo will be responsible for overall management of construction and capital projects. His involvement will include directing project work for existing customers and those opportunities secured through business development efforts.

Bo is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University in Construction Management; and in Environmental Biology from Delta State University and Louisiana State University. He has also completed specialized training in OSHA safety standards; project management; project controls; construction supervision; quality supervision; and project scheduling. Before joining GreenWood, Bo performed project work for Jacobs, Day & Zimmerman, Rust, and Brown & Root (now KBR).
