RE/MAX Hot Air Balloon to Visit Annunciation School in Aurora on April 22

Chicago, IL, April 19, 2013 --(PR.com)-- The RE/MAX Hot Air Balloon will visit Annunciation BVM Catholic Elementary School, 1840 Church Road, Aurora, Ill., on April 22, where the balloon crew will present an interactive educational program developed and sponsored by the RE/MAX Northern Illinois real estate network.

The audience will consist of 260 students in the first through eighth grades at Annunciation, who will learn about various aspects of ballooning, including its history and the scientific principles involved. They also will see a demonstration on how the balloon functions. The RE/MAX balloon will be involved in more than 100 educational programs presented by its crew at schools across northern Illinois this year.

The balloon visit was arranged by Broker Associate Amy Fichtel-Schwartz of the Fichtel/Hartnett Team at RE/MAX Town and Country in Aurora, Ill.

The program will begin at 8:40 a.m. outdoors on the school grounds, weather permitting, but can be moved indoors if required. The balloon envelope will be inflated with hot air to its full 75-foot height if the program is held outdoors. If the program must be moved indoors, the envelope will be inflated with cold air so that students can walk inside it as part of the educational experience.
