Hawaii Approves Biologix Solutions Online Bloodborne Pathogens Course for Tattoo Licensure Exam
The State of Hawaii Department of Health has approved Biologix Solutions LLC as a provider of online bloodborne pathogens training for tattoo artist licensure in Hawaii.
Honolulu, HI, April 21, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Effective January 20, 2013, The State of Hawaii Department of Health will no longer be conducting tattoo artist license examinations.
Artists seeking to apply or renew existing license, must take a blood borne pathogen course developed specifically for the tattoo industry from course provider (such as Biologix Solutions LLC) approved by the Health Department.
Biologix Solutions's Online "Bloodborne Pathogens and Infection Control for Tattoo & Piercing Artists" is a body art industry specific course developed by experienced professional to provide the most current recommendations on prevention of bloodborne pathogens and highly contagious skin infections.
This online course fulfills OSHA’s initial and annual bloodborne pathogens training requirements for all body art professionals. After successful completion of this course, a Certificate of Completion will be available for your record and to submit with your application.
