Houston, TX, April 19, 2013 --(PR.com)-- The Jenkins Organization, Inc., a Houston based self-storage owner, developer and management company of 53 properties throughout Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana announces 2012 year end results of same store sales increase of 18.4% compared to 2011 results. In addition The Jenkins Organization, Inc. had an addition of 19 properties comprising of 4 company acquisitions and 15 third party management contracts. These properties produced a combined additional increase of sales volume of 36.7%.

As a result of these increases The Jenkins Organization, Inc. expanded operations by adding accounting personnel, 2 District Managers and has created a District Manager in Training position to facilitate and assist with future growth opportunities. The Jenkins Organization, Inc. expanded its scope of services by forming The Storage Web, LLC, an internet marketing company which specializes in website development, SEO marketing and lead tracking.
