Creative Partners publishing is holding its first annual short story competition with huge grand prizes for the winners.

Creative Partners publishing is pleased to announce that the 2013 short story writing competition is now open. With a winning prize of $750,00, and second, third and fourth prizes of $500,00, $250.00, and $100, respectively, it's certainly worth the $20.00 entry fee. Not to mention the kudos for the winners.
Entries can be on any theme and should be no longer than 5000 words. The final judge will be Randy Jernigan, a prolific short story writer, celebrity biographer, and creative writing teacher.
“I began my writing career at the age of 17 when I won a short story competition,” said Jernigan, “so I'm excited to be a part of this contest with Creative partners!”
The winning entries will be featured in a (paperback) short story anthology to be published by CPP and distributed nationally by Amazon Books.
