CEE Features RSI 2012 Intel Science Talent Search Awardees Sara Volz and Jonah Kallenbach at Its Congressional Luncheon

McLean, VA, April 23, 2013 --(PR.com)-- The Center for Excellence in Education (CEE), with sponsorship from Capital One Bank, will host its Annual Congressional Luncheon Wednesday, April 24, 2013, in the Russell Senate Office Building, Room SR-325, in Washington, D.C. Members of Congress traditionally provide remarks at the event.

Research Science Institute (RSI) 2012 Alumna and Department of Defense (DOD) Scholar, Sara Volz of Colorado Springs, CO, the First Place Awardee of a $100,000 scholarship in the prestigious Intel Science Talent Search, and Jonah Kallenbach, of Ambler, PA, and Second Place Awardee of a $75,000 scholarship, will provide remarks at the luncheon. Ms. Volz and Mr. Kallenbach participated in the Research Science Institute 2012, a six-week summer enrichment program jointly sponsored by CEE and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

The luncheon celebrates the success of the Center’s Research Science Institute (RSI) offered in partnership with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the USA Biology Olympiad (USABO), collaboratively sponsored with Purdue University, and the Teacher Enrichment Program (TEP).
