The Mushinski Team Realtors offer first time buyers a choice of 3 incentives when buying their home with one of The Mushinski Team agents.
San Antonio, TX, April 26, 2013 --(PR.com)-- The real estate agents at The Mushinski Team are making clients an offer they can't refuse with the launch of an exciting new First Time Buyer Incentive Program. Designed as a way to give back to the buyer for using their services, the program puts money back in the buyer’s pocket after they purchase their new home.
"Our goal is to give first time buyers a rewarding experience during their first home purchase," said Sandy Mushinski, Lead Agent for The Mushinski Team, a brokered by Keller Williams. With the First Time Buyer Incentive Program, there are three ways buyers can be rewarded. After finding the home they are ready to purchase and using one of The Mushinski Team realtors as the buyers agent, the first time buyers can choose one of the 3 following forms of compensation (to be given at closing):
1. $500 cash, given in the form of a check.
2. $500 towards moving costs, to be paid to the moving company of the buyers choice.
3. With proof of membership at a bank that offers a home buyer rebate incentive, buyers will receive a matching amount, plus $50, for using The Mushinski Team.
*Rebates are subject to the purchase and closing of a home priced at $100,000 or more, prices below $100,000 will be eligible for rebate at a lower price point TBD based on sales price.
