MHAworks Architecture is Awarded the 2013 Governor’s Volunteer Service Award

On April 15 at the 2013 Key Volunteer Ceremony, hosted by the Volunteer Center of Durham, MHAworks’ staff accepted the Governor’s Volunteer Service Award for Durham County in the Corporate/Business category, presented by the honorable Mike Woodard.

Housing for New Hope nominated MHAworks because of their work on the Creative Food Drive, a local food drive competition and community festival that raises non-perishable food items for the needy in the community.
