National Futures and Commodities Exchange Unveils Senior Level Changes
NFCX reveals that CFO, Mr. Bill Ratcliffe will retire at the end of November this year. Senior VP, Mr. Kevin Slade will succeed Mr. Ratcliffe as CFO effective December.
London, United Kingdom, April 28, 2013 --(PR.com)-- National Futures and Commodities Exchange Board was informed of Mr. Ratcliffe's decision at the Man-Com meeting last month. It subsequently formed an ad hoc committee to identify a suitable candidate to fill the vacancy. At its recent meeting, the ad hoc committee accepted the recommended appointment of Mr. Kevin Slade to be the next CFO. Mr. Kevin Slade will report to National Futures and Commodities Exchange's CEO, Mr. Brian Treahy and will be a member of National Futures and Commodities Exchange's SMC.
The ad hoc committee was chaired by National Futures and Commodities Exchange Chairman Brian Treahy and its other members comprised National Futures and Commodities Exchange directors Mark Burrows, Timothy Black, Greg Bentley and Martin Hills. NFCX wishes to thank Mr. Bill Ratcliffe for his many contributions.

Mr. Kevin Slade joined National Futures and Commodities Exchange five years ago as SVP and special consultant to the head of Listing. Prior to joining National Futures and Commodities Exchange, Mr. Slade was managing director for Corporate Finance and Advisory firm. He held various positions such as deputy head of corporate finance in a Listing Division, where he oversaw all corporate finance matters. Mr. Kevin Slade is a qualified accountant and has more than 25 years' experience in corporate finance.
