A lease has been executed on a 10,000 square foot lot located on the northeast corner of Kettner Boulevard and Grape Street in the Little Italy neighborhood of San Diego, CA. “Kettner Exchange” will be the city’s newest food, drink, and social destination. The newly constructed, two-story, 8,500 square foot building will boast the neighborhood’s only second story, open-air patio featuring a great view of the San Diego Harbor. “Kettner Exchange is an exciting project, not only for the developers, architects and designers that get to contribute and collaborate, but for all of us that make up the hip and historic Little Italy Community,” says Steven Martini, president of QualityFirst Commercial. This is the latest project from the distinguished owners of Firehouse, Syrah and Analog – Matt Spencer and Tyler Charman.
