Hello World: Berlin-Based Digital Music Distributor recordJet Goes International, Celebrates Third Online Anniversary

Berlin, Germany, May 01, 2013 --(PR.com)-- On the 1st of April, 2013, Berlin-based music distributor and content aggregator recordJet celebrated its third online anniversary. On this occasion, founder and CEO Jorin Zschiesche revealed another milestone in the company's success story: recordJet.com is going international and will be available in English from now on.

"We are proud to announce this important step on our third online birthday. From now on, we will be able to offer our services to the English-speaking world. This internationalization is a milestone our crew has worked towards continuously and diligently. We are pleased that we can finally fulfil our clients' frequent requests for 'departure airports' in the US, UK or India."

recordJet reflected on the last 12 busy months: "Our crew has grown, and we took on-board valuable knowledge so that we could better navigate to our flight destinations. Furthermore, we were able to integrate interesting co-pilots like Google Play, Deezer and many new services into our on-board program. Our passengers, German football player Andreas Goerlitz and his band 'Room77,' entered the German charts with their song 'Finale Dahoam,' which was a proud moment for us all. Just like in previous years, we supported the German newcomer contest 'local heroes.' We also published a free eBook about digital music distribution as a gift to all of our passengers and non-passengers. Additionally, we are very proud that we were able to convince so many artists and labels of the importance of fair music distribution, and we look forward to each and every new passenger who will travel with us in future."

The recordJet crew is aiming for international growth and many new services over the months and years to come.

About recordJet:
recordJet is a digital content aggregator helping musicians and labels to sell their music online worldwide. Music uploaded to www.recordjet.com is distributed to mp3 stores and streaming services like iTunes and Spotify, where it is then available for purchase or as streaming media. Unlike other content aggregators, recordJet pays 100% of the royalties to the musicians, who also keep all of their rights. Additional services, like physical distribution to 500 shops, CD pressing and professional promotion, make recordJet an all-round service. recordJet was founded in 2008 with the goal of providing the European music market, especially unknown artists and small labels, with an attractive and affordable way to distribute music. recordJet went online in 2010 and has continuously expanded its services ever since. In April 2013, the company went international with the launch of its highly anticipated English website.
