She began her real estate career eight years ago in Toms River, New Jersey, and moved to Bradenton, Florida, in 2011. A graduate of the Katharine Gibbs School of Business in Boston, Massachusetts, Carpenter went on to be an Executive Secretary at Bell Laboratories in Murray Hill, New Jersey.
