Top Flight Stairlifts Donates Stairlift to Brookfield Golf Club
Sandbach, United Kingdom, May 02, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Top Flight Stairlifts, a leading provider of stairlifts from today's leading brands, has donated a stairlift to the Brookfield Golf Club.
Bryan and Lesley James-Top Flight Stairlifts' owners and managers-are members of Brookfield Golf Club, and have since built a good relationship with the owner, Alan Reade. Since Mr Reade had experienced a stroke a few years earlier, he had been struggling to use the stairs leading to the main bar and restaurant area; in order to aid Mr Reade's mobility and make his day-to-day activities more convenient, Top Flight Stairlifts decided to donate a Brooks Lincoln Straight Stairlift.
Since installation, the stairlift has become a key feature of the club, used by Mr Reade as well as members and visitors with impaired mobility. Top Flight Stairlifts maintains the stairlift, performing regular safety and performance checks to ensure optimum performance.
Bryan James said: "My wife and I both love to play golf, and we recently joined Brookfield Golf Club, which is a fabulous club with a great atmosphere; the staff and the other members made us both feel very welcome. We could see that Alan was struggling with the staircase, and many guests that attended functions at the club and elderly members struggled to get up the staircase to the bar and restaurant area. We felt we wanted to give something back by way of a thank-you, so decided to donate the stairlift!"
