Fort Myers Attorney Carlos Kelly Appointed to Seventh Term on Florida Bar Eminent Domain Committee

Kelly, a stockholder in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group, has been re-appointed to The Florida Bar's Eminent Domain Committee. This will be Kelly's seventh year of service on the Committee. Kelly is also a member of The Association of Eminent Domain Professionals (AEDP), an organization of professionals specializing in the field of eminent domain.
In addition to eminent domain matters, Kelly handles other real property disputes, business claims, including fraud and contract lawsuits, shareholder disputes, and other claims between business partners.
