Mark Baer joins Oleen Pinnacle as Chief Financial Officer. Baer, a CPA, has more than 24 years of distinguished tax and accounting leadership experience from Allied Wireless Communications Corporation and Verizon Wireless/Alltel Information Services.
Little Rock, AR, May 03, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Oleen Pinnacle Healthcare Consulting announced today that Mark Baer has joined as Chief Financial Officer. Based in Little Rock, Baer will provide financial leadership for Oleen Pinnacle’s entire organization.

Baer has more than 24 years of tax and accounting experience, including eight years with a central Arkansas CPA firm, followed by 16 years in the information services and telecommunications industries in a variety of corporate tax roles.
Prior to joining Oleen Pinnacle, Baer led payroll administration and corporate tax for Allied Wireless Communications Corporation, specializing in multi-state taxation. Baer’s experience also includes tax and accounting leadership roles at Verizon Wireless, Alltel Corporation and Alltel Information Services.
Baer is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
