Kickstarter Campaign: Mattie's Wood Fired Pizza Needs a Bigger Home

Fresno, CA, May 23, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Matt Wolcott is the owner of Mattie's Wood Fired Pizza, a mobile food operation that participates in community events such as farmer's markets, Art Hop of Fresno, CArt Hop and private catering events. Mattie's Wood Fired Pizza's recent success has come from the support of the beautiful and bountiful Central Valley for nearly 3 years. Moving on from his professional career and his passion for performing arts, Matt was fortunate to have had a wonderful person introduce him into the world of Wood Fired Ovens from Italy. This opportunity to train and cook with an artisanal oven changed his life and has definitely opened a whole other world. Mattie's Wood Fired Pizza project goal is a fully enclosed trailer with a Wood Fired Pizza Oven and kitchen. Mattie's Wood Fired Pizza will have the trailer built locally (Central California) and anticipate its completion in November/December 2013.

The new trailer will bring an opportunity to share Wood Fired Pizzas with pizza connoisseurs at more locations and events. This Kickstart project will only be funded if at least $14,000 is pledged by Monday Jul 1, 5:54am PDT.
