Online Marketing Agency Nearly Doubles in Size in Two Months
Cardiff-based Liberty Marketing recruits 11 new members of staff as a result of continued success.
Cardiff, United Kingdom, May 13, 2013 --(PR.com)-- One of the UK’s fastest-growing online marketing agencies, Liberty Marketing, has recruited 11 new staff after securing a number of new clients.
The newly appointed team members at the Llanishen-based agency have taken on a variety of online roles across different areas of expertise, including search engine optimisation (SEO), pay per click advertising (PPC), copywriting, PR and social media services.
The investment in new staff comes as quite a contrast to many agencies in Britain who are struggling because of recent changes to the way that Google ranks websites. Liberty’s success is attributed to an in-depth understanding of Google’s search algorithms – and its growing client base has allowed its team to nearly double in size over the course of two months, bringing the total staff to 26.
The new additions are: Junior Pay Per Click Account Managers Roshan Kumar and Cher Cheung; SEO Specialist Laura Mackenzie; SEO Account Co-ordinators James Cavanagh, Jenna Loman, Mari d'Antonio, Toby Bowen, and Monique Allin; Copywriters Joe Hickman and Rosella Pollard; and PR and Social Media Specialist Pooja Parab.
Changes to Google’s processes play a significant role in online marketing and the search engine’s latest updates penalise "spammy," low-quality sites that provide a poor user experience. Liberty’s new staff will be tasked with creating engaging, quality online content and social integration for its clients, to make sure they continue to pass the Google quality checks with flying colours.
Newly recruited SEO Specialist Laura MacKenzie, who has over 7 years of online marketing experience, said: “I’ve audited the online presence of some of the agency’s clients and I am pleasantly surprised at the extent of focus and planning that goes into the initial and on-going stages of the projects. At Liberty, we focus on long-term benefits for clients – user intent and experience are prioritised rather than simply seeking quick-fix conversions.”
In the future, the agency plans to expand to London to service a large part of its business in South East England. Founder and Managing Director of Liberty Marketing, Gareth Morgan, is excited about the fresh crop of talent the company has brought in. He said: “While we have expanded in terms of both revenue and client base in recent months, it is imperative, that as we grow, our quality of service provision is unaffected. That’s why we’re investing in new members of staff who bring additional skills.”
Gareth attributed the quick growth of the company to the level of transparency they provide to their clients, as well as the results they achieve. He said: “We focus entirely on online marketing and our job is simple – to direct targeted traffic to your website, helping you to increase enquiries and sales. We do this without hiding behind jargon and by showing clients exactly what they are getting for their investment.”
