Special Needs Parent Coaches Receive National Support

Baltimore, MD, May 11, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Tom and Julie Meekins, of March Forth Family, LLC, have been invited into the National Center for Biblical Parenting as their new Special Needs Specialists. They work with parents and caregivers who are struggling with their special needs or challenging children. Using what they have learned through over 24 years of parenting, education, and certifications, they teach and encourage others to reach the next levels in the development of their children with the “what to do about it piece.”

Tom and Julie know about sleepless nights wondering if they were going to make it through the next day with their sanity intact, the bone-weary exhaustion of keeping on when there was no ounce of strength left in their bodies, the relentless turning over every rock to find help for their kids, the joys of seeing a glimmer of hope in the darkness, the loneliness of experiencing things their friends knew nothing about. They knew in their gut that something was wrong at times when others could not see it. They had the privilege of participating in the miracle of their children making progress. Sometimes it was agonizingly slow - but they now have the privilege of seeing the results of their hard work. Their children are vibrant and happy and growing young people able to do exceedingly more than they could ever have thought or imagined.

Tom and Julie Meekins have raised four children, two of whom had varying degrees of special needs. They formed March Forth Family, LLC in 2011 and have entered their third year of operation. Based in the Washington/Baltimore area, they currently have clients across the country. Using current technology, they conduct live teleclasses with attendees from around the world over the internet via computer, phone, or Skype. They conduct live seminars and are available to speak to your group.
