Night of Promise Debuts New School in Pleasant Hill, Iowa
Quakerdale, a statewide family services organization in Iowa debuts Promise Academy Pleasant Hill, a new school for students grades 6-12 in Pleasant Hill, Iowa. The public is encouraged to check out the school at A Night of Promise!
Pleasant Hill, IA, May 15, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Quakerdale, a leading statewide organization in youth and family services, will open a school in Pleasant Hill, Iowa in Fall 2013 that will offer students grades 6-12 a comprehensive Christian based educational experience in a more personalized, innovate and flexible school setting. To launch the new school, titled Promise Academy at Pleasant Hill, Quakerdale has teamed up with The Orange Planet to host an event titled, A Night of Promise.
A Night of Promise will be held at the Orange Planet facility - 5650 Metro East Dr, Pleasant Hill, IA 50327 - on Friday, June 7 at 6:00 p.m. Victoria Young and recording artist Faith Swanson will perform and guests can enter to win 4 box seats and the first pitch at an Iowa Cubs game, sponsored by Rockstar Satellite. Coffee from Java Joes will be available for purchase and proceeds will go to the school.
No admission is required and the event is open to the public. Parents who are looking for an alternative education option for their child are encouraged to attend.
