SelfStorAll Spruce Grove to Build Third Storage Location in Spruce Grove
SelfStorAll is expanding in Spruce Grove, Alberta, Canada with an additional site.
Spruce Grove, Canada, May 14, 2013 --(PR.com)-- SelfStorAll is pleased to announce it is building a third self storage location in Spruce Grove. With construction of this additional site, another 35,000 sq ft of new storage rental space will be available in the city.
The first phase involves adding 14,000 square-feet of residential and business storage units on the corner of Century Rd and Diamond Ave. The new location will include a larger office with a conference room that is available for use by community non-profit groups.
"We hope that the organizing committees for Scouts, little league, soccer and the like will utilize the free meeting room," owner Paul Reynolds said. “We will continue to make storage space available to charities like NeighborLink but we hope non-profits will use our conference room as well.”
In addition to the conference room, the new location will include a new type of large unit aimed at sales reps and smaller contractors who need a secure indoor space for their truck and supplies. Storage for RVs and boats will be offered. At a later stage SelfStorAll has plans to add climate control storage.
Construction is underway with an anticipated completion date by the end August 2013.
