Motorola, Saab, Nidec and other Leading Companies Share Their PLM Experiences at Aras ACE 2013 Global Conference
ACE 2013 Draws Record Attendance from Companies in 21 Countries.

ACE 2013 in the U.S. had record attendance with professionals from 21 countries that came to network, collaborate and learn PLM best practices with Aras. Aras ACE series are also planned for Korea, Japan, China, Europe and additional locations worldwide.
The theme of ACE 2013 is DO MORE which was launched by Aras President and Founder Peter Schroer in his impassioned welcome address.
As Schroer explained, “Rapid advancements in technology, along with dynamic economic and competitive conditions around the world, are forcing companies to transform and rethink products, processes and systems at an ever-increasing pace. In short, we’re all being pushed to do more.”

- Saab - Explained how their Aras implementation spans Global Product Definition to Serviceability, replacing a legacy PLM system with Aras for greater flexibility and extensibility
- Korea KOSO - Showed how to Drive Process Innovation through Integrated PLM & Supply Chain Management, with configuration management, variants and options and manufacturing process definition across the extended enterprise
- Nidec Motor Corporation - Shared their experience with Global PLM Past, Present & Future, moving 215,000 TC item masters representing 290,000 total item revisions and 320,000 files from Teamcenter to Aras
- Dedicated Computing - Covered their PLM Journey Implementing Aras: Need, Plan, Implement, Success! and in the process eliminated 16 legacy systems and a numerous spreadsheets, forms and checklists
- CNH Reman - Provided best practices and lessons learned on Rolling Out PLM for better visibility and greater efficiency in its parts remanufacturing environment resulting in improved productivity and customer service
- PLM industry expert, Joe Barkai - Presented on The Future of Manufacturing and stressed the importance of a global PLM platform to realize design anywhere / build anywhere capabilities with dynamic supply chains for mass customization
