Microlite Software Enhances Backup Mail Services

Improvements include better spam filtering and the introduction of IPv6 connectivity.

Preston, United Kingdom, May 19, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Microlite Software Ltd, a UK-based supplier of web and e-commerce services, has announced the immediate availability of a range of enhancements to its suite of backup mail services. These new enhancements will affect both new and existing clients.

The introduction of improved spam filtering through the use of real-time blacklists (RBLs) will allow the backup servers to reject a higher percentage of spam messages, reducing the impact on the customer’s primary server.

Also new is the introduction of IPv6 connectivity. IPv6 is the latest generation of Internet protocol, designed to eliminate the problems caused by a lack of IP addresses as the Internet continues to grow. The availability of IPv6 on all our backup mail servers ensures the solution is future-proof, and can already take advantage of those routes and devices that also support IPv6.
