IFP FILMS Announces Local Reality Shoot for Newest Crew Member
As further proof for their longstanding business system of multi-use, multi-purposing media, IFP Films will produce a reality pilot around their search for a new, full-time crew member to be added to their long-tenured current staff.
Saratoga Springs, NY, May 19, 2013 --(PR.com)-- IFP Films (www.ifpfilms.com) a leading studio for independent and branded media creation for over 20 years today has announced the funding and pre-production of their latest reality programming and crew member search: The Film Life: Being In The Crew. This initiative is another step in IFP Films’ return to original programming as announced last Fall.
As further proof for their longstanding business system of multi-use, multi-purposing media, IFP Films will produce a reality pilot around their search for a new, full-time crew member to be added to their long-tenured current staff. IFP’s “hire slow, fire fast” working style has built a cross-trained staff that has been together for over 16 years and now needs to add a key new member.
All funding has been raised through IFP’s growing relationship with Capital Region Entrepreneurs Group and Diamond Point Advisory Group (that recently announced a new division and a change in ownership) that will also work as consultants on this project.
Director, Bob Manasier, states: “Our HR system has created an iconic retention of talent that is unseen in the film industry. This retention of skills and passion is the reason for our success and a perfect fit on all levels (skills, philosophy, culture and work style) is always the goal. This meshing of our talents and our production acumen is a testament to our indie mindset of maximizing efforts, monetizing endeavors and mitigating excess. Further evidence of our multi-purposing content models.”
The competition will involve live and studio scenarios with lighting and natural light environments. Manasier adds: “Our tested and proven brand systems to vet talent and culture fit will be in a condensed timeframe further pushing our internal boundaries to do better. Our love of pivot, change and no-box thinking is our DNA and we need new members to reflect this and add to it.”
The application to be considered for inclusion in the reality competition and possible employment is available at: www.ifpfilms.com.
