Broxtowe Borough Council Mobile and Website Accessibility Award

The best performing sites, like Broxtowe Borough Council, have taken a customer-led design approach that “simplifies, de-clutters, reduces the number of menus, and make things easier to use.”

The reviewers praised the provision of many services on the website such as the provision of top tasks, “I thought the A-Z was well populated and certainly worked well during this review,” objecting to a planning application, “The page which describes how to comment is very useful,” and about local swimming pools, “the information was really good and easy to find.
