Milwaukee, WI, May 22, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Cresa Milwaukee represented 8-Twelve MVP Bar and Grill in the lease of its second location in the Milwaukee area at Bayshore Town Center. Launched by Ryan Braun and Aaron Rodgers, along with SURG Restaurant Group, 8-Twelve was recently ranked among the top 20 athlete-owned restaurants in an article published by USA Today.
Cresa Milwaukee’s Steve Palec and Michael Levine represented SURG Restaurant Group in the lease transaction.
