Hilliker Corporation Closes 12th Deal with Client
Real estate firm assists with $2.4M sale to SoTel Systems.
St. Louis, MO, May 22, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Hilliker Corporation, a St. Louis owned and managed commercial real estate company, recently proved that history does repeat itself…and, in fact, it did for the 12th time with the same client.
Hilliker Corporation partner Hal Ball once again represented the principals of Warson Venture, who are former partners of Jerome Group Printing, in the sale of a $2.4 million office/manufacturing facility in the Westport area.
The building, located at 2465 Centerline Industrial Dr., is 63,000-square-feet. It is the previous home of Jerome Group Printing, a printing and direct marketing services firm that leased the space for 20 years until 2006. The building was then briefly leased to another tenant before its recent sale.
Warson Venture sold the property to SoTel Systems, a telecommunications company that focuses on multi-line phone system sales and repairs. The company is currently located at 19 Worthington Access Dr., which is approximately one mile from its new headquarters. SoTel Systems has been in its current 48,000-square-foot space since 2001.
“Since new ownership took over in 2008, we have grown quickly,” said SoTel Systems’ president and CEO Jim Goebel. “The new office has nearly one-third more office space inside so we can accommodate our production and repair work.” Goebel said there are 132 people working for the company with 105 of those in St. Louis and the rest in either remote offices or at their 30,000-square-foot leased space in Wallingford, Conn.
Hilliker Corporation, which targets regional and national entrepreneurs, is St. Louis’ largest locally owned independent commercial real estate company located at 2001 S. Hanley Rd. The firm’s agents, who each average over 15 years of experience, have completed more than 10,000 sales and leases for industrial, office, retail and institutional clients since its inception in 1985. For more information, contact Hal Ball at (314) 781-0001.
