KMW Interiors Stages Multi-Million Dollar Home in the Hollywood Hills
After only one year in the business of interior decoration and home staging, KMW Interiors establishes itself as a major player in the industry.
Venice, CA, May 23, 2013 --(PR.com)-- When LA realtor, Anthony Ridino, approached Kita Williams with the opportunity to stage a home in the Hollywood Hills, it wasn’t without it’s challenges. “It has a few design issues,” he said, but that only sweetened the deal for Kita, owner and designer at LA’s newest interior décor and home staging company, KMW Interiors. “Homes with design challenges are the most fun,” Kita Williams said with an eager smile. “I love coming into a space and helping people see its real potential. If someone can come into the home and really envision living there, I’ve done my job successfully.”

For this home, Kita went with a streamlined minimalist look to complement the home’s contemporary architecture. “I didn’t want to fill the home with too much stuff,” according to the designer, “That wouldn’t suit the home at all. I added just enough elements to outline a comfortable flow while highlighting the great finishes of the space.”
When you walk through the home you are immediately greeted by a bright and bold living room area with well-placed bright red and purple accents. The dining space features a large glass table and white chairs with pops of red to tie it to the living space. When you leave the living and dining areas, you enter bedrooms that have a more soothing luxury hotel feel to them. “I wanted these spaces to be calm and relaxing,” Kita explains, “while the living area is more vibrant and suitable for entertaining, the bedrooms offer a place of refuge.”
