Prudential Americana Group Breaks Ground on New Headquarters
Stable Development begins work on 47,000 square foot Class A building in Las Vegas Valley. The project will employ 200 until completed in November.
Las Vegas, NV, May 26, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Today Prudential Americana Group and Stable Development broke ground on a 47,000 square-foot Class A building in Seven Hills. The new campus will encompass Prudential’s executive headquarters, Green Valley office and partner companies including Equity Title Company. The building is scheduled to be completed in November and will house approximately 500 Prudential associates, employees and affiliates.
“The company, which currently includes Prudential Americana Group and Prudential Arizona Properties, has grown exponentially over the past three years and we are looking forward to additional expansion in several areas,” said Mark Stark, CEO. “The new building will serve as our national headquarters with an executive staff serving the needs of real estate sales executives across the country.”
The 47,000 square foot building is a corner building at the entrance of the Seven Hills master planned community in Southern Nevada. Approximately 200 workers will be employed throughout the construction process. The concrete and steel building will include energy efficient windows and HVAC, a natural stone façade and views of the Las Vegas Strip. Ledcor Construction Inc. is the project’s general contractor, working with commercial development firm and building owner Stable Development.
According to Stark, the new building addresses recent growth of both his Nevada and Arizona companies. “We had been looking for a new location for some time and this was the perfect fit,” he said. “It is very difficult to find a building in an ideal location that also fits the needs of your business.”
“The building will offer the most modern technical conveniences and virtual systems for Prudential sales executives on the go, as well as multiple conference rooms and a large new training facility,” said Gordon Miles, COO. “Hundreds of current and future real estate sales executives receive training through our Americana Academy every month, and the new facility will allow us to expand those offerings even more.”
Americana Academy, Prudential Americana Group’s popular real estate pre-licensing school, will be housed in the company’s new headquarters. The four-week program teaches real estate principles, practices and law. Its instructors are practicing Nevada brokers/agents and Prudential management representatives. Americana Academy’s 18-session courses are designed to help prospective REALTORS prepare for the Nevada Real Estate exam. The company also provides free continuing education courses for its sales executives.
