Amorroma's Canyon Collection Launch
Swimwear and resort wear brand, Amorroma, gets ready to launch 2014 collection at Salon Allure during MBFW Swim Miami.
Los Angeles, CA, June 01, 2013 --(PR.com)-- It’s 1969 in Laurel Canyon, Hollywood. In the eucalyptus scented canyon you can smell the bohemian spirit as you hear the music blow through the hills. This is the inspiration behind Amorroma's Cruise Spring 2014 Canyon Collection being launched at MBFW Swim Miami. Resort dresses and bikinis functioning as crop tops lend to the easy feeling of the Hollywood hills in its hay day. What makes this collection unique is that graphic artist Craig Holden Feinberg of Begson has taken photos directly from LA's canyons and given them new life on swimwear fabric. Designer Heather Roma then mixes Begson's prints with imported Italian materials including natural cotton lace and knit flowers covered in paint and incorporates muted tie-dyes produced in the heart of LA’s garment district.
To make the launch memorable, Amorroma is pulling out all the stops. They've brought in the mystics and vagabonds of Santa Barbara based Torch Light Jewelry, shoes from well known brand Sam Edelman, as well Laurel Canyon's own rock band, The Diamond Light to pull the look together for promotional materials. The Diamond Lights indie hit "If Only" will be featured in Amorroma's 2014 Campaign Video slated for release in Mid-June.

Craig received his BFA in graphic design from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After working as a design consultant for several corporations in Denver, Craig was intent on furthering his design experience. He applied for and was accepted at Fabrica, The United Colors of Benetton Communications Research and Development Center in Italy, where he created for international print advertising campaigns to support Fabrica clients and publications. He has been published in COLORS magazine, VORN magazine, FAB magazine, Fabrica Files/Fabrica 10 a book published by Electa and a recent TASCHEN book called Contemporary Graphic Design. Craig recently finished a book project called "The Little Book of Shocking Food Facts" released at the London Book Fair with Charlotte & Peter Fiell, the former design editors of TASCHEN.
