Max brings over 15 years of hotel experience and a multi-cultural background obtained from residing, working, and traveling to world-wide locations including Europe, Asia, and the United States to Ohkay Hotel and Casino. He is joining the property from El Monte Sagrado – Taos where he had served as rooms director. Prior to El Monte Hirano had successful tenures at Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs Resort and Spa in Ojo Caliente, New Mexico as the hospitality manager and at the Eldorado Hotel and Spa in Santa Fe, New Mexico as their front office manager. He has also worked for the Sheraton, Crowne Plaza, Hyatt and Intercontinental brand hotels in Florida, Denver, Kansas City, Geneva Switzerland and New Delhi India. He is fluent in English, French and German. He studied hotel management at the Glion Institute of Higher Education in Glion, Switzerland.
