Mr. Buthion has over 35 years experience in the culinary field. He is Chef and Owner of La Baguette Bistro and Bellini’s Ristorante & Grill. La Baguette Bistro is a French -inspired bakery, deli, meat market, bar and bistro and Bellini’s is an Italian restaurant and grill. Mr. Buthion oversees all operations of the restaurants and bakery. He specializes in sunset cuisine, food and wine utilizing locally raised and grown meat, vegetables and honey. Mr. Buthion also offers cooking classes and cooks for small group celebrations from his home and for organizations. Mr. Buthion was born on January 23 in France. He attended the Ecole Hoteliere De Grenoble Clos D’or France. Mr. Buthion then traveled to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma where he and his brother, Michael, opened La Baguette Bistro. He returns to France annually for continued inspiration. Mr. Buthion recently opened Bellini’s which enables him to cook the Italian food he prepared in Grenoble, France near the Italian border. He is affiliated with the Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Buthion has trained many cooks and it is his highlight to see them grow and improve. Cooking is his passion and monotony is his enemy. He is married to Anne and they have two children. In his spare time Mr. Buthion enjoys cooking, gardening, tennis and travel.
