The Base Journeys to Peru with Inkkas Shoes
San Francisco, CA, June 08, 2013 --(PR.com)-- The Base Studio is proud to announce it’s official commercial/ad agency partnership with Inkkas; the socially and environmentally conscious shoe company which donates a portion of every shoe purchase to Amazon rainforest preservation.
The Journey Ahead:
In mid May, 2013, Inkkas and The Base Studio will begin a 14 day commercial production shoot on location in Peru, traveling from Lima to the Amazon rainforest. The production will be lead by Dan Ben-Nun (Inkkas, CEO), Jordan Freda (Executive Producer/Creative Director, The Base Studio), Fernando Cisternas (Director of Photography / Creative, The Base Studio) and Ben Lam (Art Director / Creative, The Base Studio).
Over the course of the two weeks, the crew will be traveling 2800 kilometers of infinitely tangled roads by SUV where they will capture Inkkas’ brand influence intermingled with the vibrant culture of Peru.
Strategizing Inkka’s philosophy and brand objectives, The Base conceived the idea for the pending production by skipping the traditional office work day and spending time on Northern California’s coast in the town of Half Moon Bay. During their brainstorm, the crew took several pictures to serve as inspiration for the upcoming journey which have since then been published by Inkkas on their official website and Facebook.
The Base Studio is proud to welcome Inkkas to it’s roster of commercial clients.
