Kika Selected as Agency of Choice for Montreal's New Iconic Skyscraper: Babylone

Reputable developers from Qatar are sparing no expense; investing more than $150 million to build what is certain to become one of Montreal’s iconic skyscrapers. Two distinguished architect firms, Arcop Architecture and MichelAnge PanziniArchitectes, have teamed up to design the two slender 40-storey and 26-storey glass-clad towersconnected by two hanging gardens, one of which will be open to the public. The neighbouring building’s blind wall will also be transformed into a green wall to enhance the project’s environmental responsibility and create a more quiet and peaceful atmosphere in an urban space.
