Best Buy OBX team Joins Outer Banks Blue Sales
Kitty Hawk, NC, June 14, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Outer Banks Blue Realty Services is pleased to announce the addition of Pete Salitore and Ken Baittinger with their assistant Kristen Salitore (Best Buy OBX). Pete Salitore has been working in Real Estate for many years and Ken Baittinger is new as of 2013. Pete Salitore has been working in Real Estate since 1999 on the OBX and enjoys helping people. His work experience is more than local Real Estate, with experience in the Air Force/National Guard. He feels that his knowledge from construction will assist not only the customer, but in the search to buy or sale a home and/or parcel of land with intent to build. His work experience with the local 911 dispatch for 3 years, acquainted him deeply with the area and surroundings. He has his “GREEN” certification to assist families in buying safer homes for the community and to better our future here on the OBX. A natural native of California, his family relocated to Virginia Beach when he was a child. He has lived other areas of North Carolina and eventually migrated to settle here on the OBX for over 13 years now. His volunteer opportunities include going as far as to move his client into their new home, membership on the local OBAR Bylaw Board, and recent efforts to assist in the rebuild after Hurricane Sandy in New Jersey.
Ken Baittinger has joined the world of real estate as of 2013 and they form one of the only all Male Sales Teams on the Outer Banks, “Best Buy OBX”. He went to college in San Diego, and obtained a BA in Communication and a MA in Elementary Education. He has worked with local children, but feels that real estate is fulfilling, especially with first time buyers. His communications skills are key and aid him with growth as he is beginning in this field of Real Estate on the Outer Banks. He adds new age flair to traditional real estate sales by utilizing his methods for going above and beyond for his clients. He is drawn to sell real estate because of ability to convey knowledge and eagerness to satisfy his clients’ needs.

She also holds a BA in Elementary Education and Special Education.
