New Media Director to Join True Media
Columbia, MO, June 14, 2013 --(PR.com)-- After undergoing a two-month national search with the Chicago based search firm O’Day and Associates, Jack Miller, President of True Media, announced yesterday that Dan Farnen will become the agency’s new U.S. Media Director effective July 8th. Farnen will replace Chris Evans, who left in April to join the Las Vegas based agency R&R Partners.
Dan Farnen is a former graduate from the University of Missouri-Columbia who went on to build a successful 17-year career in advertising as the Director of Media Planning and Syndicated Data for Anheuser-Busch, Inc. In his time at Anheuser-Busch, Farnen directed the development and execution of AB’s media strategy that included 30 brands and multiple award-winning promotions and sports partnerships. In 2009, Farnen accepted a position as Group Media Director at Chicago based advertising agency DraftFCB where he led communications planning for brands such as Miller Lite and Coors.
