Dr. Ralph G. Perrino, Director of Northern Virginia Tutoring Service, Named to Two Boards in Northern Virginia

Falls Church, VA, June 15, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Northern Virginia Tutoring Service is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Ralph G. Perrino, Director, to the boards of two prestigious organizations in Northern Virginia. Dr. Perrino, a past-President of Washington Independent Services for Educational Resources (WISER), has been re-appointed to the Board of that organization. WISER is comprised of professionals in the field of education from Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.

Dr. Perrino has also served on the Board of The Fairfax Partnership for Youth (FPY) since 2010. He was recently elected Vice President of the Board of FPY. The Partnership for Youth is an organization that advocates for the youth of Fairfax County, Virginia in the areas of suicide prevention, bullying, and youth violence. It also supports mentoring programs throughout Fairfax County by working with local businesses, schools, and civic groups to promote youth awareness.

In addition to these organizations, Dr. Perrino serves on the Boards of Creative Cauldron Theater Company in Falls Church, Virginia, and the David M. Brown Planetarium in Arlington, Virginia.
