Award Winning Philadelphia Area Restaurant Chef Gets Personal
Clementon, NJ, August 25, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Chef Dominick Zirilli who took the "Best Entree" distinction at the 2006 Philadelphia Magazine's Philly Cooks competition has now started his own personal chef business. Chef will come and cook for you, your family and friends as well as teach personalized cooking classes.
Chef Dominick was formerly the chef at the Yardley Inn and the “Grand Dame of Philadelphia”, The Bellevue Strafford Hotel. He spent much of his time creating menus for some of the areas most prestigious clientele as well as satisfying the culinary desires of the everyday families who frequented the kitchens he commanded. Dominick earned the name “The People’s Chef” because of his ability to build relationships with the guest and create menus based on his experiences with them.
Chef Dominick Zirilli is currently the Executive Chef at a private golf club in Princeton, NJ and although he loves the new environment he missed the opportunity to deal with the consumer directly. Chef Dominick said “now I have the best of both worlds, I go to work for a wonderful corporation and in my spare time I build relationships with clients and get to personally cook, teach and satisfy their needs from menu development right to the finished product.”
