Thompson & Knight Expands Trial Practice in New York
New York, NY, June 21, 2013 --(PR.com)-- The law firm of Thompson & Knight LLP is pleased to announce that Stuart J. Glick has joined the Firm’s Trial Department as a Partner in the New York office.

Glick focuses his practice on complex commercial, foreclosure, and bankruptcy litigation. With years of experience in New Jersey and New York, his clients include lending consortiums, financial institutions, CMBS special servicers, private equity funds, investment firms, insurance companies, retail establishments, and shopping center developers. He has significant expertise in the representation of lenders in complex asset recovery proceedings involving participated or syndicated loans and lender liability claims. Glick also has experience with debt restructurings and loan portfolio sales and purchases.
He is an active member of the American Bar Association, having served as Co-Chair of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Litigation Committee, Co-Editor of the Business Torts Journal, and Co-Chair of the Programs Subcommittee for the Trial Practice Committee. Glick is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Essex County Bar Association and a frequent speaker on commercial, bankruptcy, and antitrust litigation issues. Prior to joining Thompson & Knight, Glick was Co-Chair of the Secured Creditor Litigation Practice Group at Sills Cummis & Gross.
