Hilliker Corporation Gets Direct

St. Louis, MO, June 23, 2013 --(PR.com)-- When Wilkes Group, a 70-year-old direct marketing company recently scaled down its business in early June according to owner Frank Little, the landlords found themselves without a tenant. They went straight to Hilliker Corporation’s agent Hal Ball, who didn’t waste any time in listing the expansive and highly desirable properties: two buildings totaling nearly 65,000-square-feet sitting on two-and-a-half acres.

The other building at 900 Theresa is two levels with 18,000-square-feet plus a usable 5,000-square-feet lower level of office space, and this one is priced at $395,000.” Ball said the buildings share a large parking lot that can be utilized for storage marketing and truck maneuvering.
