Mr. Hofmann has extensive experience in global corporate finance including corporate securities valuation, mergers, acquisitions, private placements, and venture capital. He has performed complex financial models for corporate securities valuations and financial structuring involving a broad spectrum of high tech industries and life science.
Mr. Hofmann has acted as financial advisor in numerous M&A transactions in the high tech industry, has managed over 250 valuation assignments for tax, financial reporting, equity financings, merger acquisitions and divestitures. During his previous employment with Daimler Chrysler, he managed a third of their investments of the corporate Venture Fund.
