On June 26 BQool Participated at AAMA Taipei’s “Startup Avenue” Event

On June 26, 2013, BQool Inc. showcased the three major BQool services including Feedback Central, Review Central, and Repricing Central at the “Startup Avenue” hosted by Asia America Multi-Technology Association (AAMA) as part of the “Cradle Plan” Annual Program.

BQool Inc., as a home-grown startup provider of cloud-based multi-channel e-Commerce services, supported the “Cradle Plan,” which aims to promote communication amongst startup founders to facilitate experience learning and sharing. During this event, BQool has not only shared BQool's startup experience, but also provided live demonstration of the three newly launched services targeting Amazon multi-channel merchants: Feedback Central, Review Central, and Repricing Central. Fresh on the market, the BQool website and services has only been launched on June 18. During the live demonstration, visitors has experienced how BQool’s three major services streamline business operation and create more business opportunities.

- Feedback Central enables merchant to reach out to customers to reverse negative ratings. Since all customer history, feedback and resolution status is tracked in the cloud, the Customer Service team is always on the same page. BQool Feedback Management protects merchant seller rating and manages online reputation.
- Review Central pulls daily reports from Amazon and matches product review with customer order records to allow prompt response. BQool Review Management tracks product reviews to enable merchant in accumulating more positive reviews and maintains revenue.
- Repricing Central competes with preset seller types and auto-adjusts listing prices within the preset range according to the corresponding pricing strategies. Listing prices, with shipping taken into account, are adjusted hourly. BQool Dynamic Repricing helps merchants to claim the prime top-four slots on Amazon.com and stay in the Buy Box rotation.
