The website, that sells Christ-centered meditation CDs, was created by Rhonda Jones, author and former elementary school teacher. Ms. Jones started Christian Meditation and Relaxation to help Christians who battled with worry and negative thoughts after meditation integrated with the scriptures helped her overcome years of depression. “The CDs encourage believers to ‘be still and get to know God’ by abiding in his presence and being saturated with His Word,” said Jones. “They are also a great tool for Christians who want a deeper relationship with God or want to hear God’s voice more clearly.” Jones stated that her company will soon be expanding their product line to include more Bible meditations, Christian affirmation products, and a membership-based service.
