Mims Distributing Company Promotes Whitney Wilcox to Promotions Manager
Beer Distributor’s Former Promotional Coordinator Now Tasked with Overseeing Entire Promotions Team and All Events

In this position, Wilcox will be responsible for the overall strategy for on-site and point-of-sale promotions of individual brands at on-premise licensed retailers, including bars and restaurants. Previously serving as promotions coordinator for Mims Distributing, she handled the detailed planning for various promotional events and was responsible for the management of brand spokesmodels.
Wilcox joined Mims Distributing in 2006 as an assistant promotions coordinator before becoming promotions coordinator shortly thereafter. Prior to joining Mims Distributing, she worked in retail in the fashion industry. Wilcox is a 2006 graduate of North Carolina State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in communications.
